Duties & Responsibilities Purpose Supervise a local HR operations team responsible for the delivery of key HR services and processes. Work with multiple stakeholders across the company to trouble shoot and problem solve HR transactional activities in the full life cycle of employee events and deliver on HR's strategic objectives. Improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of HR service support structure and related processes and programs. Functions Provide daily support to HR operations team. Foster professional development and team building among staff. Optimize service levels in daily HR operations through development and administration of Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, standard operating procedures, and case management technology. Utilize a LEAN mindset to promote continuous improvement in building and driving solutions and processes across local and global Employee Solution Centers. Lead various workflows to ensure efficient processing of all HR transactions. Understand priorities and work through complex issues to identify, develop and implement effective solutions. Provide advice and counsel to local HR professionals, managers, and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment. Oversee HR compliance, regulatory, reporting, and data analysis activities related to employee life cycle events. Qualifications Qualifications Required: Relevant Degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management , CIPD Qualification (QCF Level 5 and above) or equivalent relevant experience Previous generalist experience in Human Resources Desired: Experience in the oil and gas industry Experience of Human Resources Databases Closing Statement We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to advance in an international company.
