LOCATION Role provides the opportunity to work in hybrid environment, working both virtually and in office when required. Position Summary This is a paid Summer Engineering Internship Program (early June to early August). This is an exciting opportunity to learn 'real world' experience and accelerate your career by working with a leader in the oil and gas, aerospace, and entertainment industries. Duties & Responsibilities As an intern with our HSE group, you'll assist with Assist audit personnel with finalizing internal HSE Audit Reports and documenting audit findings in the HSE software. This process will expose you to general auditing skills, ethics, and how findings are weighted and documented. Assist HSE staff in maintaining data and entries in various HSE software platforms, including safety procedures, hazard reports, and Safety Data Sheets. Assist HSE staff in the review and update of HSE training materials Your job responsibilities and projects will be based upon your experience and educational background to provide real life application of your classroom knowledge. You'll work closely with a mentor to ensure your developmental goals are met and that you meet your performance expectations. Qualifications REQUIRED 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in HSE or related field Minimum 3.0 GPA Experience with Microsoft Office, using Excel to enter and sort data Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future No relocation or housing assistance is being offered DESIRED Familiar with Microsoft Power BI to assist in maintaining HSE data sets Additional Information This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
