This unique combination allows our customers to increase production and asset integrity whilst reducing the overall costs associated with a pipeline system.Partner with the bestYou will be responsible for growing the Flexible Pipe Solutions onshore orders and profitability, targeting Oil, Gas, and Industrial segments. You will own the operational planning and KPI's of field service technicians. You will use your business understanding to lead a successful team to achieve growth and targets.As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Reinforcing, demonstrating, and adhering to Baker Hughes Health and Safety guidelines.Assessing and tracking the Field Service Technician Utilization to understand the staffing requirements and job efficiency.Ensuring Field Service Technicians are qualified to perform field service work as required standards, by having pre-job paperwork and completed field tickets (including JSA's & Checklists).Keeping track of all jobs performed in the filed including dates, customers, product, and footage.Being responsible for hiring new Field Service Technicians to support revenue growth & train them to safely execute work.Working with project manager and coordinator to advance Field Service Technicians to Operators.Commissioning, running, maintaining, and repairing Baker Hughes equipment.Supporting ongoing activity in the field per customer requirements.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's diploma (preferably within the Mechanical field) and relevant experience from the oil and gas industry.Have experience with flexible piping systems and pipeline preferred.Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to influence teams, customers, and stakeholders.Ability to organize, assess, and prioritize tasks.Be highly motivated with good interpersonal and leadership skills.Be a team player with a proven ability to think creatively and communicate at all levels.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
