Supporting and interacting cross-functionally we improve manufacturing processes.Partner with the bestAs Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. You will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planningAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: Designing tooling/fixtures, procurement coordination and validation of designs.Developing manufacturing (machining) processes for New Product Introduction (NPI).Documenting process changes, driving process / fixture improvements, and cycle time improvements, cost of poor quality (CoPQ), and EHS Actions.Participating in LEAN initiative, and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements.Preparing and releasing work instructions detailing critical machining operations.Supporting all aspects of pre-production and post-launch production through to project close out.Influencing design to ensure new designs are optimised for manufacture, performance, yield and costOwning the Radiation processes for manufacturing.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a BSc or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering discipline.Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Machining of Oilfield surface pressure control products. Have experience in API 6A products Valves, Christmas Trees, bonnets, Tubing heads, etc.Have experience in CNC Lathes (Vertical & Horizontal), Machining centers and Horizontal boring machines with Fanuc programming.Have experience in Auto Cad, Creo (Pro-E) and Esprit Cam or any other model and Cam software.Be able to interpret engineering drawings/specs and manufacturing processes/evaluationBe able to create routings in Oracle.Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
