From advanced data collection technology to innovative software enabling remote collaboration, Waygate Technologies provides a full suite of non-destructive testing solutions and equipment including radiography, computed tomography, remote visual inspection, ultrasound, and eddy current products.Partner with the bestAs a Remote Visual Inspections (RVI) Sales Manager, you will be developing solutions using RVI products, services and solutions. You will take ownership of creating and achieving your regional sales plan. You will build successful relationships with our customers to successfully deliver innovative projects and contribute to our business and growth.As a Remote Visual Inspections Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Taking ownership for building RVI Products and Services orders and sales through new and existing clientsImplementing sales and strategy initiatives to deliver on business objectives and to access new markets, customers and opportunitiesCollaborating with marketing to study Market environment and analyze competition trends to develop project specific sales strategiesDelivering on commitments and communicate progress and support for meeting and exceeding sales targetsPlaying lead role in sales process through Practice Value Selling, negotiation and order closureMaintaining knowledge of market trends, competitor actions, product needs and customer base to understand industry changesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with solid experience in RVI ProductsBe able to develop and execute sound sales strategy to maximize our opportunitiesHave a customer-focused mindset and have a structured efficient approach to responding to customer needsDemonstrate an aptitude for building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and teams within a global-matrix environmentShow excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiencesEnjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful technical customer projectsShow good, general technical knowledge of energy technology products and services, alongside customer needs and requirementsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
