Overview / Responsibilities Wood has an opportunity for Warehouse General Assistants to join our team on the BSP Rejuv project. To perform all required discipline tasks, safely, consistently and in accordance with Wood requirements, procedures and specifications for fabric and maintenance (Scaffold and paint materials and consumables) across the portfolio. Onshore warehouse based. Carry out, unbundling, painting, rebundling, scrapping off paints, cutting of scaffold tubes, boards, fittings and etc. Prepare and maintain worksite in line with Supervisor's instruction Assist with general housekeeping, ensuring a safe, clean, and tidy platform is maintained at all times Assist where required with specialist cleaning duties, e.g.: HP water jetting, (training will be provided where applicable) Able to operate the forklift Assist with lifting operations in line with capability and in accordance with company rules / restrictions) Follow the schedule communicated by the supervisor Support the main activity by obtaining the necessary tools and materials and then assisting the trade personnel under their guidance and instruction Providing it is within the general/craft assistant's ability, deal with any minor issue that prevents completion of the task Proactively seek additional tasks where time permits Adhere to all company policies, working practices and procedures as communicated by the company from time to time Participate in Toolbox Talks Participate and contribute to Wood Emergency Response process and procedure Assist other discipline trades, (within capability) Skills / Qualifications Priority will given to Brunei National and Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam Experienced in a similar role in a O&G related industry Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety Flexible - able to comply /adapt to company / client requirements Committed to achievement of project / company goals Ability to interact with personnel at all levels - committed team player Confident and ability to work on own initiative Desire to learn and develop not only self but others within team - good attitude to continuous improvement Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Ability to demonstrate high level understanding of HSE safe working practices / procedures and their implementation Possesses a good standard in spoken and written English Possesses a good understanding of safe working practices and can demonstrate commitment to safe working at all times Can demonstrate an ability to work safely carrying out tasks in support of discipline specific activities Company Overview Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
