Position Summary Technician Talent Sourcing Manager position is a senior Talent Acquisition role accountable overall Technician recruiting effectiveness. They will develop and execute strategies that enable the organization to attract a world-class, diverse Technician workforce. The successful individual work closely with the business segments, Project Resourcing, and global Talent Acquisition teams to ensure proper staffing level goals are met and aligned with revenue generation targets. They will act as subject matter expert in developing and aligning stakeholders to strategic talent sourcing plans that provide a competitive advantage for Oceaneering in the recruitment of Technician talent LOCATION Role provides the opportunity to work in hybrid environment, working 2 days in the office and 3 flexible unless otherwise indicated Travel as needed up to 20% Duties & Responsibilities ESSENTIAL Work closely with the business and workforce planning resources to understand current and future talent needs to develop hiring strategies to meet demand Partner with other HR functions on the delivery of solutions to effectively attract, onboard, and deploy Technician talent to meet demand Engage with Senior Leaders across the organization to communicate Talent Acquisition strategy and execution plans Build the business case for investment in and establish relationships with organizations, institutions, vendors, etc. that are key to Oceaneering's current and long-term sourcing strategy Work closely with Military Engagement Lead in support of effective hiring of separating service members Lead employment branding and marketing initiatives aligned with Oceaneering's EVP Establish and leverage key metrics to help justify and plan investment in talent sourcing channels and resources; analyze ROI on SaaS tools and vendors Use metrics to identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process and systems Work with stakeholders to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment process that provides a positive candidate experience Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) as needed Develop a contingent worker strategy and work closely with SCM to ensure effectiveness of 3 rd party vendors Travel as needed up to 20% Qualifications REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or related areas and/or equivalent combined education and experience Ten years of related experience in offshore staffing industry, either corporate, agency or combined Demonstrated success in creating and implementing talent sourcing strategies in support of Offshore Technician hiring Business acumen to understand risk and challenges and demonstrable track record delivering results annually Experience in communicating with aligning a diverse group of stakeholders to effectively develop and implement changes to process, systems, and programs Experience using metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement Ability to travel up to 20% KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS Ability to use various information technology systems required for successful job performance Previous experience working in a matrix organization Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships Ability to establish and maintain project priorities Skill to prioritize customer demands in a changing work environment Exhibits a strong sense of urgency about solving problems and accomplishing work Works effectively under pressure Ability to work in a team environment, remaining attentive to ideas, recognizing responsibilities, and actively participating with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals Expresses ideas clearly and concisely in writing Additional Information This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
