As an Intern, you will be: Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Be currently enrolled in an Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or Business Management Bachelors' degree program and have at least 1 year left of school . Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country Be fluent in oral and written English Have the legal right to work without restrictions or have company sponsorship in the country you have applied Role Summary: The TPS Services Practitioner will manage and administer the basic functions of a major contract. We require this person to be a tangible resource with the ability to instantly solve problems and optimize solutions in a changing Oil&Gas industry environment. Provide insightful support to Branch Peru management on contracts in the region with clear goals and scope. Essential Responsibilities: Provide functional support in the main areas of contracts, collect data and analyze, coordinate shipping and receiving of materials. Coordinate and engage in discussions with all internal departments for optimal results. Assist in planning functions, personnel mobilization, logistical coordination, contract execution and project scoping during scheduled activities with BH's client portfolio. Provide support in managing and tracking contract scope milestones. Ability to create a work plan, detail and communicate appropriately to stakeholders, team members, etc. Contribute to overall contract execution, prioritizing improvements and customer prospect. Understand and anticipate the billing process in terms of the contract and branch functions. Contribute to the development and growth of the branch (Branch Peru) in accounting, tax issues. Qualifications/Requirements: Higher education preferably in Administration, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or similar careers. Advanced English, fluent in speaking. Skill in MS Project & Office (Advanced). Desired characteristics: Understanding in the Oil&Gas field. Attention to detail and ability to spot mistakes. Knowledge and understanding of administrative, tax, import, export issues. Basic understanding of contract administration.
