Role Overview A unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated team lead to manage the 2 nd line Support Team. You'll be leading a thriving team, who provide on-site support to multiple locations across Aberdeen. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to proactively oversee and implement projects to improve IT infrastructure across the business. Responsibilities Maintain SLAs and staff coverage to the correct level Supporting team development and training through coaching and leadership Delegation and prioritisation of workload Serve as an escalation point for unresolved issues Assign and manage projects across the team Support the team with handling tickets as required Perform root cause analysis of KPI reports for continuous improvement Experience & Skills Experience within a Senior IT-support role Previous line management experience is preferred Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders within the business.
