The Wellhead Engineer will support the goals and programs established by the management team to continually improve the plant improvement. Included in the roles and responsibilities of the Wellhead Engineer are:Preparing drawings, information and documentation which meets Cameron engineering standards to enable the manufacturing group and other departments to produce and market the Company product.Carrying out and direct design and development work to meet customer and/or the industry's need. Working and direct work within stated procedures to ensure that design records/control is maintained. Be familiar with company products, design principles, manufacturing techniques.Minimum Job Qualifications Bachelor / Masters / PHD in Mechanical Engineering.3+ years relevant experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem solving ability.Computer skills to include: SAP (desirable), Office (Word, Excel, MathCad, AutoCad and Inventor or similar 3D CAD package)Have the initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Adaptability/Flexibility. Customer (internal and external) focus.Decision Making/Judgment. Dependability. Initiative.SSWH focused requirements:Design Subsea Wellhead Equipment to current industry standards.Perform FEA and design calculations âHold design reviews and FMECA (Failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis).Write test procedures as per current industry standards (API 17D, API 6A).Assist in testing of Wellhead equipment. • Sustain current Wellhead product files and assist with Aftermarket SupportAssist Manufacturing Plant with disposition on deviations and or processes.Travel will be required as Plant in in Johor, Malaysia and most projects are globalInTOUCH subject matter expert - For SSWH Monitor feedback from operations and give feedback as to operation guidelines.Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
