You will take ownership of quality requirements at every stage of the project life cycle. Working with teams globally you'll ensure our products are designed, developed, and delivered with quality at the coreAs a Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:Taking ownership for the quality requirements to ensure effective project execution for our customersManaging non-conformance and concessions approval process to ensure compliance with contract requirementsCommunicating with internal and external customers to share project related information and build relationshipsParticipating in Design Verification reviews to ensure that quality is built into the engineering design processFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have experience working in a quality role in an Engineering/Manufacturing project lifecycleHave experience of quality in an industry where quality is a critical part of the project lifecycleDisplay an excellent customer service-orientation mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsHave a continuous improvement mindset, comfortable questioning and influencing stakeholders towards change and positive outcomesThrive on working collaboratively with teams across functions and geographiesHave a methodical approach to prioritizing work and leading action until closure Enjoy travelling to customer locations and being flexible to customer demandsWork in a way that works for youWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
