Overview / Responsibilities Wood is recruiting for a Graduate PMS Construction Engineer to join our team in Brunei. You will be expected to work in a multidiscipline team environment where the overall success of the project is paramount. Wood is looking at a right first - time approach and as such, we are looking for candidates who can rise to a challenge and are interested in being part of an innovative and driven team. Preparation of piping, mechanical structural construction deliverables including but not limited to workpack Undertake the duties of a Construction Engineer with supervision as assigned by the Construction Lead / Project Engineer Undertake an on the job training program, personally ensuring all aspects of the program are completed and managed effectively Undertake induction training to gain an insight into the company's operation and structure and application of the Health and Safety at Work legislation To attend specialist courses for technical and personal skills, as necessary To develop an appreciation of other disciplines' activities and the interfaces within a project To develop personal skills required by a professional engineer Organize and undertake quarterly reviews of progress with the Training Co - Ordinator, Construction Lead (Mentor) and Construction Manager To become familiar with the Upstream Oil & Gas Safety, Health and Environmental Policy Skills / Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering Discipline Good planning and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within a project team Ability to be well organized and able to work on own initiative Self - motivated and enthusiastic Commitment to identify, analyze and propose solutions to problems in a constructive and positive manner Company Overview Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
