Partner with the best We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Mexico Industrial Valves business. The Sales Manager will be responsible for one of Mexico's sub-regions.As a Sales & Channels Manager, you will be responsible for: - Sizing the market and assessment of different segments and our competitiveness.- Implementing the identification product & service gaps.- Executing of sales, pricing & channel strategy for his/her Mexico sub-region.- Determining key objectives, define plan and execute.- Managing relationships with channels within sub-region, including channel support.- Interfacing with end customers- Identifying large projects and leading commercial engagement Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:-Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Engineering or technical field.-Have at least 4 years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years experience in Channel Sales.-Have at least 5 years experience in industrial valves or adjacent markets.- Have communication skills.- Have interpersonal and leadership skills.- Have the ability to influence others, lead small teams and multitask.- Demonstrate impact in high performance sales organizations.- Demonstrate the ability to lead initiatives to successful conclusion.- Have effective problem identification and problem solving.- Be a Spanish native speaker. Fluent oral & written English.
