We are looking for a Quality Specialist who will be successful with the growing quality team. Partner with the bestThis Quality Specialist will develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. They will ensure that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards to be preventive. As the Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:Using Business Process Management Systems (e.g. Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems). Work with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Materials functions to meet assigned objectives regarding Customer Documentation Review contracts and purchase orders to determine customer and/or regulatory documentation requirements, compile and assemble documentation required for projects and orders per quality work instructions Review material test reports, weld rod certifications, NDE reports, heat treat reports and other related documentation for compliance with purchase orders, and regulatory requirements (i.e., ASME, PED, Nuclear). Maintain files necessary to provide records required to process orders in accordance with procedures, instructions, customer, and agency requirements S upport with reviewing quality approvals for production orders, contracts, and purchase orders in relation to the nuclear program. Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes, and procedures.Handling standardized manufacturing processes including guidelines for choosing the right actions for processes and procedures that are frequently updated by other functions.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will have:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 5 years of experience in Quality.Be a supportive team player who works to make the entire team successful, regardless of reporting lines, not bound by strict role description and proactively seeks solutions to remove roadblocksWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
