Position Summary The Controls Systems Infrastructure Engineer will oversee the configuration, setup and delivery of the IT infrastructure components servers, firewalls, and network equipment per OII standards. LOCATION Requires daily onsite attendance; this is not a remote-work position Ability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 20% of time. Duties & Responsibilities ESSENTIAL Oversee the configuration, setup and delivery of IT infrastructure components including servers, firewalls, and network equipment per OII standards. Troubleshoot outages, alarms, and performance issues throughout the organization. Maintain a full understanding of Oceaneering's change control requirements to ensure compliance with the audit system. Document and diagram information technology systems as built. Work with a multi-disciplinary team and interpret IT requirements from project managers and controls engineers to design, build, commission, and hand over solutions to the business. Travel to project offices and sites, domestically and internationally, up to 20% of time. Qualifications REQUIRED Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. Minimum 3 years' experience working on Infrastructure technologies. Minimum 2 years' experience with industrial control systems (ICS) security, architecture, and best practices for oil and gas systems including the IEC62443 standard. Minimum 3 years' experience with several key security practice areas: access control; application security; network security; security architecture; security strategy. Minimum 3 years' experience with fundamental to intermediate network security concepts such as Firewall policies, routing and switching as an ability to troubleshoot infrastructure components. Minimum 3 years' experience with Palo Alto Firewall configuration. Minimum 3 years' experience with IP VPN, MPLS and firewall technologies. Minimum 3 years' experience with of the TCP/IP network protocols. Minimum 3 years' experience with VMware/HyperV, host configuration, and virtual networking. Minimum 3 years' experience with troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and Linux OSes. Minimum 3 years' experience with Active Directory and Identity Management. Minimum 3 years' experience with troubleshooting and maintaining a remote access environment for Windows operating systems. Ability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 20% of time.
