Nexus Controls is looking for a Global Lean/Continuous Improvement Leader at the Longmont, CO location.Partner with the bestNexus Controls is undergoing dramatic transformation in 2023 to support growth and integrate with GE Vernova. Working for the Global Quality and Transformation Leader and with full support from senior leadership and process experts, you will facilitate the Lean Transformation of our business and then the larger Controls Business GE Vernova will create. The ultimate goal will be to drive a foundational Lean culture that accelerates growth while reducing waste in the integrated business. As the Global Lean/Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible to: Sustaining Nexus Lean Initiatives (Deal Days) and Variable Cost Out (VCO) decks. Leading Lean Strategy Deployment for the GE Integration - Lead Hoshin Workshops, Drive Value Stream mapping sessions and organize new KPIs to effectively integrate controls businesses. Working closely with regional leaders to facilitate global Catchball for Lean Deployment. Facilitating most critical Kaizens and Lean workshops directly. Driving Lean Actions and KPIs through Integration, Deal Days and VCO dashboards. Achieve Say / Do on financial benefits. Collaborating with all functions (Sales, Projects, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Services) to generate and prioritize the most impactful Lean initiatives. Being The Expert on Change Acceleration, Lean, Scrum, Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies. Insist on simple approaches at lowest level with measurable improvement evidence. Supporting rapid growth by incorporating direct Customer Value feedback into workstreams. Evaluating the effectiveness of business workstreams to deliver intended results. Communicating and mentor widely to cultivate a culture of customer passion, experimentation, and waste reduction Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: A BS degree in STEM major from an accredited university or college. 10+ yrs experience leading Lean or related Continuous Improvement methodology. 2+ yrs experience in Lean, Quality or Operations Leadership. Demonstrated experience deploying Enterprise Lean. The actual payout for your short-term incentive award will be based on company and individual performance and is contingent upon Baker Hughes achieving pre-determined financial results. You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs.
