Position Summary Support long term product and services strategy for the Integrity Management and Digital Services (IMDS) group. Develop product and services roadmaps, technical material, marketing collaterals, strategic campaigns to enhance business unit performance and result. LOCATION Role provides the opportunity to work in hybrid environment, working both virtually and in office when required. Duties & Responsibilities Provide insight and recommendations to innovative IMDS solutions and technology. Identify and define alternative technologies & growth opportunities. Conduct competitive intelligence. Conduct product life cycle assessments and key performance indicators monitoring IMDS product offerings. Assess opportunities for strategic partnerships - Regional Markets, New Technologies, Resource Availability, Market Growth, etc. Interact on a regular basis with Business Unit Leads and peers to develop & deliver strategic objectives to maximize IMDS product offering. Close coordination with all OI product development teams to provide overlapping and wider reaching innovative solutions. Identify & Execute Cross Business Segment, Integrated Service Offerings, Solutions & Opportunities. Provide commercial support where necessary, including technical writing for proposals and data sheet support material. Support Regions with Product and Service Management related projects, collateral material, strategic plans, marketing campaigns and related support material. Additional duties as assigned. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Support Product Development Technology and Strategic Road Maps Support Product/Service Line Performance Delivery Qualifications REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (or equivalent) or equivalent experience 5 years' experience in TIC (Testing Inspection and Certification) Market & Industrial Service Operations 2 years of Product Management and / or Marketing Development experience Product / Service Technical Writing (Proposals, Data Sheet, Presentations, Digital Campaign) Experience in developing Sales & Commercial support material for Product and Services (Presentations, etc.) DESIRED Exposure to International Markets and Multi-Cultural Communications 5 years of experience with customer-facing marketing, communications, and negotiations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and PeopleSoft ERP System. Experience evidencing a strong Business Acumen with Product Development / Management Experience Project Management methodology and value sales knowledge KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS TIC Operations Background Ability to influence and drive matrix decisions in non-hierarchical peer situations Strong communication skills, ability to work on collaborative environment, with matrix team structure Excellent networking, negotiation, verbal and written skills Additional Information This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
