Manufacturing Associate - FPS (Onshore)Are you passionate about Manufacturing?Do you enjoy ensuring the production of high quality for Flexible Pipe Systems Manufacturing?Be part of a successful team!As part of the Flexible Pipe Systems offshore team based in Midland, TX you will be joining an established business and team with expertise in pipe design, manufacturing, and installation. This unique combination allows our customers to increase production and asset integrity whilst reducing the overall costs associated with a pipeline system.Partner with the bestAs a Manufacturing Associate you will oversee and supervise the planning of installation, maintenance, and repair of our internal factory equipment. You'll operate a variety of outdoors plant equipment and in a range of weather conditions. You will learn to identify potential issues and be proactive in applying preventive maintenance.As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for: Setting up, monitor, and operates various pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements.Operating multiple machines at one time. This could also include repair, patching, or splicing piping and / or product.Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing engineering specifications and ISO requirements.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 month previous manufacturing experience.Have the ability to read and interpret routine instructions.Be able to read and interpret routine instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a keen desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.Be able to operate overhead crane or forklift and / or obtain certification.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
