The intern experience will provide opportunities to develop the fundamental skills and knowledge related to the Oil & Gas Turbomachinery business as well as relations with other areas of the company. The Intern will work with the Field Services team on a variety of business related projects. Specifically, the EID intern will: Manage and File documents and reports as back up for invoicing process. Work with Project Manager and Project owners across the region to transfer the Field Service cost. Be the owner of the Worked and Missing hours' metrics, support with utilization optimization. Manage the stock of PPE and EHS equipment. Support the daily operation of the Field Services Team, including Quality, EHS and execution. Qualifications / Requirements Engineering student currently enrolled in a degree program in an accredited university. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively and concisely and work with all levels of GE management. Fluent in English language . Proficiency using excel and MS office. Must be able to work 30 + hours per week during academic semesters. Desired Characteristics Student coursing 6th to 7th semester of academic bachelor's degree. Good technical writing skills in English and Spanish. Knowledge of basic thermodynamics and Turbomachinery. Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry in the country.
