Partner with the best As a Lead Finance Planning and Analysis operations, you will be responsible for:Managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, and forecasts at each level of the organization.Defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.Advising to functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Contributing to projects as a team member or leading small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A Operations.Have Compliance knowledge.Have oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.Demonstrate analytical and organizational ability.Have worked with ERP systems, preferably SAP.Be fluent in English.
