Overview / Responsibilities Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to form part of our project team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Delivery Lead, this role will manage a multi-discipline team to deliver a EPC Modification projects and Maintenance Campaigns to scope, cost and schedule. Experience with management of fast-tracked project delivery and working with previous oil and gas service providers would be highly preferred. Responsibilities Project manage a full EPC delivery team and subcontractors to deliver projects from front end design, through detailed design, procurement, construction, hand over and close-out Bottom line responsibility for the financial and technical success of a project Stakeholder engagement and management Statement of Requirements throughout the phasing of the project from concept, detail design, and site implementation Implementation of the company quality management system for the project Skills / Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in project management or engineering Extensive experience as a Project Manager/Engineer in a Greenfield or Brownfield hydrocarbons environment, preferably in the oil and gas industry Proven delivery experience on EPC projects or maintenance programs Experience working in complex technical environments at a senior level will be highly regarded Previous field engineering (site-based) experience will be viewed favourably Previous experience working closely with Construction and Maintenance teams will be highly regarded Demonstrated supervisory and administration skills necessary to organise and lead a project team, develop design / implementation schedules and provide on-going status reports to the senior management team Demonstrated strong commitment to safety Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
