You'll apply sourcing policy, and interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. This position requires thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies, and application in a concrete organizational context.As a Lead Sourcing Specialist for Buying & Procurement, you will be responsible for:Placing and following up on POs. Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Managing problems and scheduling changes. Updating the ERP.Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in their own fields.Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Contributing to projects as a team member or leading small projects.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have either a Bachelor's, or else a high school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience in Sourcing.Possess a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Buying/Procurement.Have at least 12 months of previous experience working within SAP and/or Ariba.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
