Partner with the best As an AMO Manager, you will be responsible for:Communicating across direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical spaces and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have the technical know-how.Handling diverse clients in a region.Following frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul.Manage an Artificial Lift AMO facility, run day to day operationsDemonstrate critical thinking skills.Have verbal and written communication skills. Be comfortable communicating up and down the organization.Be diligent about success and learning. Have strategic planning. Transform vision into reality.Effectively use resources available including personnel, equipment and materials to meet monthly objectives.Have an understanding of the manufacturing (equipment assembly), teardown, and reclaim processes.Have data analysis skills.Be a collaborative problem solver.Have an understanding of inventory planning including MRP and forecasting.Understand CMP (competence management program) and ensure adherence to the standards.Desired CharacteristicsHave oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Have effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
