Generally works with limited supervision to a project plan with the capability to adjust that plan as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction targets.As an Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for: Understanding project management practices and is responsible for project delivery. Anticipating other's needs, is self-aware and empathically communicates both internally and externally and has a focused personal development plan. Interacting with clients and client organisations and has an understanding of how maintenance management is executed. Applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform assigned tasks as part of a broader assignment. Exceeding expectations regularly and has a focused personal development plan which aligns to ARMS Purpose Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role in maintenance / reliability Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry Have a strong computer literacy, proficient in use of Microsoft office products particularly excel and access Have experience in working as part of a project team and have a working knowledge of the project elements including timelines, deliverables and budgets.
