This team are leading the way.Join our innovative sales organisation at an exciting and strategic timeAs a Sales Leader you'll take ownership for the strategic direction and commercial expansion of business within industrial sectors for NovaLT applications in your territory. As part of the dedicated NovaLT growth platform aligned to the Equipment and Projects (E&P) business unit, you will drive focus on the direct go-to-market strategy, participate in the creation of a dedicated industrial customer-centric ecosystem, commercialise existing business models and develop new ones. You will contribute creative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities.You will also be responsible for:Leading the NovaLT commercial presence in the Western region, responsible for business growth in the main territory and integrating opportunities on a global scaleDeveloping and expanding a network of key stakeholders and customer relationships in the industrial power and co-generation space to generate business and growth opportunitiesDeveloping and nurturing customer relationships at a variety of levels including C-suite and increasing market share through active marketing and project development campaignsLeading, influencing and shaping a team responsible for delivering direct sales resultsUnderstanding customer corporate strategy programs for energy transition and decarbonization to translate these into business opportunities and growthIdentifying and reviewing new target companies, customers, markets, alliances and organic growth opportunities to inform customer and commercial strategyCollaborating with cross functional teams, including commercial, operations, engineering, marketing, project and product in the implementation of customer strategy, driving growth, and delivering on financial targetsEarly engagement with end-users, engineering procurement & construction (EPCs) and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to leverage and maximise business, partner and channel opportunitiesDeveloping forecasting models to ensure meeting or exceeding financial estimatesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Demonstrate prior experience dealing with Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and Cogeneration solutions as they apply to the industrial sectorShow a proven track record delivering successful results in a sales, business development, account management or commercial roleHave a considerable network of relationships to leverage within the industrial, process, manufacturing industries or the emerging markets where co-gen solutions are applicable i.e. Data Storage and Facilities, Pulp and Paper, Food and BeverageHave experience of managing a diverse client base with varied routes to market with the ability to assess business agreements and close deals for complex capital projectsDisplay the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global-matrix organizationHave a customer-centric consultative approach, able to translate problems, issues and needs into solutions and profitable business Be a leader by example who is collaborative, caring and driven with a growth mindsetSynergise team expertise and enjoy exchanging knowledge and developing othersDisplay excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skillsBe able to travel regularly when required within the Western RegionWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
