Our team is responsible for cybersecurity architecture and data protection for our global organization.Partner with the bestYou will lead efforts to establish security standards and conduct site-level cybersecurity assessments for our manufacturing environments at Baker Hughes.As an OT Cybersecurity Architect, you will be responsible for:Understanding and driving relevant OT cybersecurity standardsIdentifying, supporting, and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure all business groups are aligned on effortsCreating network diagrams, solution reference architectures, and implementation recommendations for 100+ manufacturing sites globallyDeveloping close working relationships with IT and Manufacturing leaders to ensure a successful cybersecurity assessmentDeveloping and presenting clear business recommendations to continue overall improvementFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, related field or relevant work experienceHave a minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and/or engineering positionsHave a minimum of 5 years of in program management positionsHave leadership abilities and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered to effectively work with individuals in diverse cultures and business environmentsHave the ability to work without regular tasking or direction in completing key tasks and initiativesHave executive-level written and oral communication skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
