We collaborate with teams to solve complex technical challenges and design future innovations.Partner with the bestIn this role, you will provide prevention, detection, response, and remediation activities to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.As a Senior Manager - Cyber Insider Threat, you will be responsible for:Leading a team of Insider Threat and DLP analystsEnsuring the maturation objectives for the team are being tracked and achievedCollaborating with the Investigations team to ensure timely handoffs and alignment with Legal and Privacy regulationsFocusing on the tools, processes, and methods needed to design and implement data protection systems and to adapt existing systems as the environment evolvesCreating and regularly evaluating processes, quality control, and configuration management documentationDeveloping close working relationships with stakeholders, technology owners, and leadersSupporting Cyber Fusion Center, stakeholder, and product company project initiativesReviewing and approval of data protection policies and rulesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent work experienceHave a minimum of 5-7 years' experience with Cyber Security experienceHave a minimum of 5 years leadership experienceHave the ability to communicate and lead in a global team-based settingHave established Project Management skillsHave the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programsHave knowledge of recognized IT Security-related standards and technologiesHave DLP policy development and analysis experienceHave UEBA policy development and analysis experienceDesired Characteristics:Insider Threat hunting experienceIndustry certifications - GCFE, GCFA, GCIH, GISP/CISSPWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
