The Digital Technology (DT) Risk Analysis Team is responsible of operational delivery and maintenance of policies and controls including customer inquiries, security assessments, and exceptions management. Partner with the bestIn this role you will develop and manage processes and procedures to manage and mitigate existing and emerging risks. You will also support audit related matters, including oversight, internal facilitation, review, and remediation effortsAs a DT Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for:Ensuring DT controls, procedures, SOPs are documented and updated according to regulatory requirements or cyber security standardsHelping mature the DT Risk Management program, developing and maintaining processes and procedures for policies lifecycle managementSupporting the development and application of practices and policies within a GRC environment using GRC tools. Assist in implementing a new GRC governance tool and support the definition and maintenance of a sustainable exception management processSupporting the Enterprise Risk Management program by managing the DT risk registerProviding dedicated support to customer inquiries including performing assessments of cybersecurity clauses, and regular monitoring of Baker Hughes controls supporting customer data and processesWorking closely with legal, HR, cyber security, and infrastructure services teams to define/update controls and work on implementing remediation patterns and mitigating gaps to maintain compliance with reliability, privacy, security and regulatory standardsProducing regular reporting, supporting continuous improvement of controls. Develop and maintain key risk indicators and key process indicators.
