Partner with the best Baker Hughes is looking for an experienced Analyst who is passionate about data. In this role, you will provide Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Insider Threat Matters (ITM) support for Management, Compliance, Legal, and HR investigations. You'll perform reviews of DLP reports for exit employees and assist the stakeholders in retrieving the data from exit employees and log data and preserve evidence to ensure its integrity.As a Staff Insider Threat Analyst, you will be responsible for:Conducting DLP and ITM reviews relating to exit employees or any requests from stakeholders like Supervisors/Managers, Legal, Compliance TeamsLeading, participating, & assisting Managers/Supervisors in the investigation & recovery procedures related to data lossApplying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems, or processesPresenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leadersCollaborating & contributing for DLP and ITM processes & proceduresDeveloping & Reporting DLP metrics to leadership teamsDeveloping specific expertise in areas such as Insider Threat models, discerning patterns of complex behavior, and providing an accurate understanding of present and future threats to company intellectual propertyReviewing and analyzing content monitoring system incidents to identify, prioritize and report issues for review and correction Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)Have at least 5 years of experience in Cyber Investigations or Insider Threat reviewsHave the ability to set and manage expectations with key stakeholders and team membersHave a strong ability to prioritize and execute with minimal direction or oversightHave exceptional critical thinking, writing, and presentation skills that properly qualify assessments with concise, relevant, and accurate communicationsHave proven track record of successfully managing and executing on short term and long-term projects and the ability to establish rapport with various roles (executive management to deeply technical)Have a desired background of working in government intelligence or cyber intelligenceHave experience with Microsoft DLP, Digital Guardian, User Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) toolsDesired Characteristics:Have SC-400 and/or SC-200 certification Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
