Are you passionate about making an impact?Partner with the bestYour priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders, which include Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Service Owners and Developers.As a Data Platform Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for:Working with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex productsOwning the short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releasesPrioritizing continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needsDemonstrating expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguityEngaging frequently (80%) with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisionsOwning and managing the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always readyRoutinely collaborate with UX, Architecture and engineering teams on multiple issues and decisionsConducting customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personasPartnering with the Service Owner to ensure healthy development processBeing regarded as an expert in Agile Methodology; translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planningDemonstrating excellent persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teamDemonstrating excellent product and industry knowledge and to help the organization gain a competitive edgeMentor junior team members; provide technical leadership to TPMs across the organizationFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience.Have excellent SaaS product knowledgeHave extensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and Java coding principlesHave experience working in an Agile environmentHave the ability to demonstrate knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and securityBe skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.Have the ability to verbalize what is behind decisions and downstream implications.Have well developed problem-solving skillsHave the ability to influence othersWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
