To prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
As a Lead Proposals Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 
 

Acting as primary point of contact to sales and account managers for all aspects of proposal management
Taking ownership for every project phase up to handover to the execution team to ensure successful delivery
Conducting bid reviews to communicate proposed solutions and project risks to senior management in order to attain business approvals
Negotiating appropriate terms and conditions with customers on the basis of Risk/Reward Analysis to ensure contractual compliance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to meet customer requirements

Have Demonstrated professional expertise in Energy, Oil and Gas or industrial technologies
Show solid experience in a Proposal Management, Project Management or Commercial role
Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
Have experience in Commercial Sales with focus on negotiating and closing contractual agreements
Demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and resolving these for your customers
