Partner with the best
As a machine operator (Tape head), you will ensure extrusion lines are set up properly to specific job specifications. The operator ensures proper line speed is maintained during the production run.
As a Shop Operator - Tape head, you will be responsible for:
 

Setting up, monitoring and operating CV line/s and other pieces of equipment under direct supervision associated with the manufacturing facility requirements.
Performing Tape Head operation, cleaning, and general setup, which includes loading and unloading products and devices in Work Center.
Following safety guidelines and quality standards in accordance with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), production schedule, setup instructions, and quality specs.
Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing/engineering specifications, quality assurance, and ISO requirements.
Training and assisting other employees as necessary.
Following verbal and written instructions, maintaining accurate records, and performing other duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will:

 
 

Have a High School Diploma or GED
Have 1-year minimum previous manufacturing or shop experience.
Be able to read and interpret routine instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Have good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
Have good communication skills, safety oriented and a team player.
