Program Manager - Digital Value Creation provides leadership in prioritizing and implementing digital technology/initiatives for SUEZ-WTS sites as well as customer sites worldwide, through "Value Generation Programs (VGPs)". This fundamentally changes how we, as an organization, adopt digital for organization effectiveness, while driving tangible customer value. He would play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget while increasing the user adoption towards specific digital technology/solutions. It's also a culture change that requires organizations to continually challenge the status quo, experiment, and celebrate small wins. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of multi-faceted programs globally, in collaboration with region team/s- including the management of schedule and dependencies, schedule, resources, and risks.
The Role and responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of "Value Generation Program/s (VGPs)" for SUEZ-WTS customers (Transactional as well as Contractual, both), with a keen understanding of B2B market dynamics in Industrial water treatment space, in-line with annual business revenue and margin goals.
Drive a deep understanding of customer business needs, priorities, challenges, and industry insights specific to water/process loop.
Identify "Value creation" opportunities, business models, and solution gaps; articulate business value and outcomes; around market requirements in close collaboration with region team/s
Lead one or more teams responsible for design and execution of the projects including, but not limited to, stakeholder engagement, change management, training, communications, organization design and governance, and culture solutions.

Recommend new projects or the termination of existing one/s in-line with business priorities.
Create the standards and processes used to initiate, execute and report on the efforts being made.
Demonstrate initiative and leadership to develop product/solutions opportunities from early stage in collaboration with business and region teams.
Prepare, present and participate in Business Reviews
Visit key facilities to support specific design problems or solution assessment.
Create a feedback loop with stakeholders, end-users and support team to collect and share best practices.
Establish and track metrics to measure adoption rate and success.

Qualifications / Requirements
 

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science (or equivalent field) from an accredited university or college
8+ years' experience in leading business initiatives, commercial programs, product/program management, demand generation, while leading mission-based-teams; influencing senior leadership decision making; driving tangible business outcomes and shaping industry trends. (or equivalent)
Experience in leading a digital transformation/change management program.
Excellent communication skills - written & verbal communication, facilitation, presentation and collaboration; Proven problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize & organize work, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

This position is open to multiple locations globally. Trevose, PA , Houston, TX, Oakville, Ontario, Paris (France), Bengaluru (India), Gurgaon (India) preferred locations. Open to consider other locations for a qualified candidate.
Desired Characteristics
 
 

Knowledge of Industrial water treatment/ processing technologies
A track record of driving leadership through influence rather than direct accountability
A strong voice to drive transformational change across organizational boundaries
Prior exposure to Industry 4.0, Automation, PLC, IoT applications
Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle databases
