Overview / Responsibilities RHI (part of the wood organisation) is currently recruiting for a Operations Support Adminstrator to work within the Document control and ensuring adherence to the company quality management system, assist with audit preparation Data entry and management of company time recording/invoicing system Travel coordinator - travel / hotel / car / HSSEA approval HSSEA representative for EMEA FPAL admin Personnel and Org charts updated Assist on-boarding and off-boarding of all resources, Order IT equipment for new starts SIWH rhi neighbourhood rep Create and assign project booking codes in Oracle Processing timesheets/expenses for employees and contractors. Timesheet collation / input within intime for client approval (assist accounts when necessary) Expenses checker - 804449 Ensure RTS / purchase in place for UK jobs (assist accounts when necessary) You will be liaising with the G&D function to provide support with CRM data management and proposals coordination including but not limited to Preparation of proposals and CTR documents (Aberdeen projects) Ensure CRM is effective to support company-wide reporting, forecasting and decision-making.
