As a market leader serving the Aerospace, Industrial, and Energy markets, Druck designs, develops and manufactures the highest quality, most accurate and reliable pressure sensing devices, instruments, and software to provide innovative products, services, and solutions to our customers.Partner with the bestAs an Electron beam welder operator in this role, you will set up, operate manual and/or automatic machines to perform Precision welding operations such as TIG, laser & Electron beam welding. You will be provided with full training on all aspects of the role to ensure you produce and inspect to not only DRUCK standards but also External customer driven qualification welds.This role is within the Aerospace department so strict adherence to compliance is essential but again you will be trained to use these standards in your everyday role.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have prior experience in working in a manufacturing environmentHave an ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills Have basic computer skills and a very keen eye for detail will be neededWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
