Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is looking for a P&O Specialist for Milan office. The role provides a variety of generalist HR services necessary for the employee life cycle including assignment, motivation, training and development of qualified employees for their area of the business
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Provision of advice and support to key stakeholders on P&O policies, procedures, guidelines
Gather training needs, identify and organize relevant courses
Support and assist all P&O projects and activities
Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems and documentations either directly or through advice to line management.
Collect and manipulate all documentation and datas related the training public Funds
Support P&O in Learning and Development issues.
Skills / Qualifications
Degree qualified in HR related or business management qualification - preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Italian mother tongue
Fluent in English
