As a partner to this organization, we are looking to hire Procurement Finance Leader who will be responsible for defining, tracking, validating and approving Direct Material Inflation (DMI) and Direct Material Productivity (DMP), Cost Avoidance, Budget Management and all projects associated with it. This leader will develop & refine processes, tools and reports that enable the Procurement Team to obtain the maximum visibility to inflationary and deflationary materials, whilst supporting the overall Margin Management efforts working across the business functions. Essential ResponsibilitiesProcurement Finance Leader will provide leadership in setting business goals and objectives and exhibit strong financial acumen and functional as well as business expertise. In this role, you will utilize your experience and expertise to drive impact on short-term and long-term business goals.Principal ResponsibilitiesProcurement Expert and Owner of Processes in SAP and BI, including tools for initiatives trackingAnnual budgets/margin contribution developmentProvides strategic business partnership and thought leadership to Procurement Leadership Team.Expansion of Procurement Team Reporting Capabilities - Partner with Finance & Procurement to modify reports and implement new tools / process to expand information and capabilitiesInteracts with key stakeholders to effectively communicate results and coordinate changes in process based on evolving business needs and changes.Identify Hyperinflationary scenarios that require surcharges or targeted price increasesIdentify data or upstream process issues that impact inflation reporting and tools, implement corrective actions as neededManage a team of 3 analysts across indirect and direct spent Provide Finance expertise to Procurement function budget to track actuals vs budget as well as assisting Procurement Projects team in tracking of LiquidationsKey KPI's include but not limited to:Material Savings: Through DMI / DMP / Procurement Contributions Reporting. Market Analysis: Partnering with Procurement's Data Analytics and Intelligence Team on preparing accurate forecasts surrounding Market Impact on Material Costs. Tracking, Validating & Reporting Savings: Objectively monitoring and reporting Savings whilst linking all Procurement Financials with Business/ P&L's. Expanding Reporting Capabilities for Procurement TeamHC report, budget & cost center accuracySOP development & upkeepQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Master's Degree / MBA preferred. Financial acumen to understand market dynamics to drive business action10+ years of finance experience with at least 5 years of Procurement or SC finance experienceGood analytical and problem-solving skills, controlling and managing the integrity of the results Proficiency in Office 365 suite of tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint & WordTableau Reporting experience (or similar reporting software) - Using reports for sales, margin, shipment and/or price analysis.
