This position can be based anywhere in North America! #remoteworkOur Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS) division is on the move and we're looking for an eCommerce expert to lead our efforts around digital commerce. The goal is to promote digital customer adoption by leading strategy around platform development and scaling while implementing value added features. Specifically, this role will use information from our ERP system, currently SAP, to create a best-in-class eCommerce platform that houses more than 20,000 products, an expansive document library, and generates over $30mm in annual revenue. This is a functional managmement role where you will be the internal expert and stakeholder for our eCommerce platform strategy and tactial implementation. The prioritized features include order tracking, role-based registration, freight estimation, and credit card payment processing. This role has global scope and partnership with a wide variety of business functions. Key ResponsibilitiesBe the global functional owner of the ecommerce strategy for WTS. This includes owning the entire user experience of the SUEZ eStore and SFDC ReorderDrive growth in the percentage of digital orders placed and reduce user friction - we're striving for a smooth, easy to navigate process that reduces or eliminates the need for manual interventionsDesign and implement training programs to promote adoption Collaborate with eStore stakeholders in Supply Chain (Customer Care, Operations, and Logistics), IT, Digital, Sales, Communications, and the P&Ls.
