Partner with the best The Principal Reliability Engineer's role is to enhance the execution of quality Engineering Services and Training with a focus on continuous improvement of ARMS approach, procedures and use of technology in providing the best possible solutions, or recommendations to ARMS' clients. As a Principal Engineer you will be responsible for: Enhancing the execution of quality Engineering Services and Training with a focus on continuous improvement of ARMS approach, procedures and use of technology in providing the best possible solutions Developing strong networks across the industry to keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools. Applying extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields independently. Identifying solutions for clients and delivers engineering services across all of ARMS marketed capabilities. Identifying ways in which the strategic positioning or capability of ARMS is proactively improved to be the leading provider of reliability solutions globally. Using advanced techniques in the modification or extension of theories and practices of sciences and disciplines to complete assignments. Identifying ways proactively in which to build a caring, team culture to exceed ALL of client, personal and ARMS success measures. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have minimum of 15 years industry experience gained in a similar role in maintenance/reliability Able to demonstrate a good technical understanding of Reliability methods and application of ASM, OnePM, and the Isograph Software range & highly competent at applying Reliability techniques. Have a strong computer literacy including use of internet, Microsoft office products, Reliability applications and customer databases. Able to present to various groups relating to subject matter expertise in a professional and training capacity demonstrated experience in the sales cycle, specifically sales closing skills Have experienced in managing all project elements including timelines, budgets, and managing, coaching a team of engineers to achieve desired outcomes Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
