Overview / Responsibilities Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance services to their Lytton site. We are currently seeking Mechanical Fitters experienced in onshore shutdown work for an upcoming shutdown we have commencing the last week of July 2022. It is expected the work will continue to early September. Locally-based applicants are preferred at this time, however, consideration will be given to those living outside of South East Queensland with the required skill-set and experience. Please note it is a gate start at the Lytton site. A Wood medical is required before commencement. At this time, we will only consider applications from Australian citizens or those with the required permit/VISA for this region, in place. Skills / Qualifications Relevant Trade Certificates Must have in date Current Working at Heights and Confined Space ticket to work on Shutdown Refinery experience is preferred but not essential.
