Partner with the best As an AMO (Assembly, Maintenance, & Overhaul) Equipment Technician, you will be joining a team providing maintenance services to our field locations. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You will be responsible for: Providing maintenance services to our field locations.Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations.Supporting all aspects of AMO including testing motors, pumps, seals, and other ESP Systems as needed.Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards.Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing cable issues.Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 70 pounds with occasional bending and twisting with assistance as needed Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have:High school diploma or equivalent, Technical degree or Associates in Mechanical field preferredGood mechanical skills, and the ability to multitask whilst using technical equipment.Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills6+ months relevant industry experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, preferred)Ability to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skillsProficient in reading and interpreting methods and procedures, drawings, and parts lists.Previous experience with testing/inspecting down hole ESP systems.Relevant industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive) with mechanical aptitude (reading engineering diagrams, etc.) preferred Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
