Partner with the best As a Product Quality Engineer you will be responsible for: Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.Establishing and execute project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract. Ensure customer quality requirement, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are taken into account in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.Handling communication with direct colleagues, suppliers, and customers about design and coordination services rendered.Contributing to project as both a team member and cross-functional team leader. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 monthsQuality Management System point of contact for the siteMaintaining product Quality Records, creation of product data-booksPoint of contact for Customer Complaints (both internally and externally)Working with suppliers on product quality concerns and RCCA / process improvementsSupporting Quality Inspections (mechanical and electrical) as a secondary functionAnalysis of data (Quality Notification trending, Cost of Poor Quality analysis for improvement, QMS nonconformance, etc.)Fuel Your Passion:To be successful in the role, you will have:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality).4+ Years' experience in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015)Background in root cause and corrective actions Desired Characteristics Lean background is a bonusAPI Q1 experience is preferredQMS auditing background is preferredExperience in Supplier Quality is preferredBackground in Quality Inspections (Mechanical and/or Electrical) is preferredAs part of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to beginning work.
