Partner with the best The Electrical QC inspector will be responsible to ensure purchased and manufactured parts meet all quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements in order to deliver product with the highest quality levels As a QC inspector you will:Complies with all HSE and Quality procedures and policies.Tests parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and specifications.Uses electrical test equipment and software (Electrometers/Source Measure Units, DMMs, Time Domain Reflectometers, Oscilloscopes, Hi-Pot testers, Nuclear counting instrumentation, etc...)Understands electrical schematics and electronic componentsReviews test data supplied by outside vendors and internal inspectionsReads, Understands, Interprets, and applies electrical schematics, specifications, instructions and assembly drawings.Handles and tests product using radioactive material while following the highest levels of safety requirements Creates and distributes test reportsInitiates non-conformance reports (NCR) on all nonconforming parts and assemblies. Ensure that parts meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirementsInitiates corrective action requests (CAR) when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in naturePerforms specialized testing as required (i.e Helium Leak Test)Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to implement improvementsParticipates in Quality System and Process auditsMaintains and ensures proper calibration of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Associate Degree in a related discipline with 1 year of experience in electrical inspection and testingOR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 3 years of experience in electrical inspection or testing.Experience in the nuclear industry preferredIPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-620 qualification preferred Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
