Senior Application Engineer Baker Hughes Bently Nevada offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of machine condition monitoring and protection hardware, software and services that help achieve the highest level of asset reliability possible. Our solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for Oil & Gas, power generation and other process industries.Partner with the bestWe are looking for a Senior Applications Engineer to support our application engineering efforts in the Analytic and Application Engineering group. This position will be the application expert for renewable power to include: Hydroelectric power generation, Wind Turbines, Electric Battery Storage, Photovoltaic Solar, and others. Some support for reciprocating compressor and turbomachinery applications may be needed.As a Senior Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:Analyzing field data and classify faults for analyticsPromoting a pipeline of field data for analytic developmentDeveloping and instructing technical training classes for engineeringInterfacing with technology, commercial, and services teams about current and future product needsAssisting commercial / technology in understanding our competitor product solution landscapeGenerating / assisting in the development and presentation of product solution/technical research papersDeveloping and conduct technical training classes for technologyAssisting research/ product development / commercial for future hardware, software, firmware, and sensor needs.Assisting with beta testing of new productsAssisting with identifying critical features that solve customer problemsAssisting in the creation of a MGTP to match the commercial teams MGPPFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University of College and 5 years of experience as a Product ManagerGreat oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
