Partner with the best As a Lead Operations Specialist you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.As a Lead Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:• Looking after field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics. • Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalations. • Developing long range forecast for region resource needs and Developing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training. • Working closely with senior leadership from the business and Specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done. • Handling standardized project processes and Guidelines for choosing the right actions. • Handling diverse clients in a region. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: • Have a high school diploma. • Have minimum of 4 year-experience in customer management in a oil field environment. • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). • Possess Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
