Job Description: Reporting to the Lion Property Manager, this position will be leading the operation and maintenance of Electrical related section. Oversee functions and activities of day-to-day Electrical related systems, you will also be involved in developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining the maintenance regime, contracts and suggest improvement maintenance plans. Liaison with OEM /system contractor , supervise and Co-ordinate All Preventive Maintenance works, routine and ad hoc service. Ensuring contractors' performance according to the requirements, safety & timely delivery of services as per service level agreement & company HSE rules. Ensure minimal disruption to the building operation Conduct troubleshooting of Electrical related system problems. Perform root cause analysis/investigation to increase reliability and performance of equipment Manage & update the documentation of service reports, asset database, spare parts, O&M manuals, drawings, etc Facilitating with stakeholder on their request for fitting-out/reinstatement/maintenance/upgrading works. Appointed Energy Manager for the company, Track, verify, analyse and report energy consumptions, Responsible to prepare for and submit annual energy report for regulatory submissions and the necessary NEA based regulatory requirement(EnMS, EEOA) accordance to the ECA. Any other duties as and when assigned by Management Qualifications & Experience : Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Electrical in engineering. Possess Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) Professional certification with experience in submission of Annual energy report Minimum 5 years' experience in facility operational & maintenance role in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge/experience in facility system. Good knowledge of High voltage & low voltage electrical systems will be an advantage. Pro-active, a ble to multi-task, good team player, responsible, and independent Able to manage/execute multiple projects concurrently with minimum supervision Required to be available to response to site after office hour and /or on weekends if required.
