Partner with the best As a Technical Support Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring Baker Hughes can deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process Raising an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issues arises on a job. Supporting Critical Operations in the field when needed. Following up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field. Communicating to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies Handling special projects as required. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics. Have understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements. Have full knowledge of drilling and completion process is an advantage. Able to work on-call 24x7 and flexibility to work at sites for extended periods of time. Be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills.
