You will provide profit and cash collection opportunities by ensuring flawless execution, along with ensuring on time delivery & contract adherence for the assigned jobs.As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless executionInteracting with the customer service managers on issues escalation Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalationEnsuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized uponCoordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundariesBeing responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirementsEnsuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cashFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a high school diploma/GED with several years experience in a similar positionDemonstrate good experience in Resource ManagementBe able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory roleExcellent communication skillsBe able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
