Partner with the best As an HR Specialist - Employee HR Management, you will be responsible for:Providing oversight of one or more HR Operations process(s) including work direction, prioritization, and troubleshooting assistanceBeing the plan and/or policy expert and be able to work with plan & policy owners on design ideasMaintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirementsManaging metrics, monthly reviews, escalations, disaster recovery testingDeveloping broad knowledge of processing procedures to ensure successful executionDriving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplificationLeading and participate in cross-functional project efforts between key operational processing areas including but not limited to: process improvement project plans, tracking and reporting progress, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and project methodologiesWorking collaboratively across internal teams and establish strong working relationships with Baker Hughes Businesses and key stakeholdersResolving complex processing issues and escalations for internal and external customers while promoting "Best in Class" customer service Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant work experience)Have a minimum of 5 years prior professional work experience in the HR areaHave experience coaching, establishing, and maintaining customer and supplier relationshipsHave Labor law knowledge (Mexico).Have HR systems and metrics knowledge.It is required to travel 40% of the time.This role will be hybrid (40%-60%) office/house.Have English Language fluency.Desired Characteristics Have solid interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environmentHave customer service focus, with the ability to anticipate customer needs with a high level of responsivenessBe a supportive team player with a drive to create a positive work environmentApply solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentialityHave passion for continuous process improvement and simplificationHave the ability to anticipate and resolve challengesHave analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze dataHave the ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesBe a Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervisionHave the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing across all levels within the organizationBe proficient in the use of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPointHave the ability to quickly embrace new technologiesAs part of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to beginning work.
