Sales to be sold through indirect sales partners, OEM, and direct sales to end customers. Key Characteristics Lead with a hunters approach to new businessInclusive, positive, and passionate approach to salesStrategic mindsetDuties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a North America sales plan and revenue forecast to drive growth within the upper Midwest territory with a focus on the Food and Dairy industry for our ES product lines (target $14+myn)Work with current customers to provide value and technical support to advance/grow our WTS product portfolioDevelop new and existing channel partners ensuring understanding of the capabilities and value of our product portfolioEffectively coordinate relationships and interfaces with commercial operations, technical support, customer service, product management, and other internal functionsUsing technology systems and tools to provide reports and updates on sales plan, revenue forecasts, customers and channel partners, and resultsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesWater treatment, filtration, reverse osmosis, UF (spell out), NF (spell out), and microporous membrane technology knowledge and experienceFood and Dairy industry knowledge and experience are highly preferredDemonstrated experience and comfortable with use of technology, including Office 365, SalesForce, and Google platformEducation & ExperienceRequired:Demonstrated customer-facing sales and/or technical support work experienceDemonstrated experience with mid-to long-term strategic planning and market analysisPreferred (if applicable):Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (chemical, industrial, or mechanical), Biology, Food Science, or ChemistryWorking ConditionsTravel Required within TerritoryAt SUEZ, we realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities.
